Another race where the pace is expected to be muddling. Krugerrand’s record at York almost tipped the balance in his favour, but the final selection El Coto who is burdened with the added weight of my money. He ran extremely well in the Zetland Gold Cup for his new trainer (and inform) Kevin Ryan yard. Drops back in trip, 1lbs above a winning handicap mark and improvement expected for me, he is a solid selection.
