Warts and All (21st Sept 2007)

Spent some time last night (aided by a nice bottle of Rum my dad purchased for me) thinking about my performance thus far. In summary I seem to be making silly handicapping process errors which compound errors in contender short listing. Just need to take more care during the initial parts of the process.

On a positive note, I have now identified all of the elements for an exacta/computer straight forecast (CSF) strategy in contentious races. For now these types of bets will be assigned to the R&D lab to monitor progress. As they say in the news industry "this story has legs" so stay tuned!
