Trying to continue with the experiment of rooting around the lower echelons of British racing however the day job is keeping me busy at the moment so have to keep this short. Lots of dodgy characters in this race attempting to do something they’ve never done before so I’ve focused on horses with course and distance form.

Dispol Peto gets the nod given that his is on a winning BHB mark. Though 1 lb out of the handicap the paper “7f specialist” Wodhill Be might sneak a win so is also selected for an action bet. Worried about Grand Palace as he is the lone front runner in a field of plodders so I’ll throw him in a combination exacta (50p) with the other two..
