Areyoutalkingtome. Even thorough he’s dropping back in trip, A clear run after the final turn and devastating turn of foot should ensure another win. As the name of the game is profit I’ll couple (dutch) using Qadar as I feel he is undervalued in the market and take a risky approach in the tricast.
Maltese Falcon has been dumped in the coffin box again, (stall 1). Given his prominent running style and perceived advantageous post position, he’ll try and dominate the race from the off.. With a strong late pace track bias at Lingfield, the prediction (and risk I’ll take) is that he’ll be passed in the final furlong and finish off the board.
Avoiding all the obvious tricast combinations the perm is as follows ....
A. Areyoutalkingtome, B. Qadar, C. One More Round, D. Classic Encounter, E. Harry Up, F. First Order

Unsurprisingly, with speedsters Maltese Falcon and Harry Up present, this was fast and furious, born out by the overall time, which was only three tenths of a second outside the track record.
There can be few horses in training as versatile as AREYOUTALKINGTOME, and there certainly haven't been any better ones to have run on the all-weather this winter.
This was his sixth win on Lingfield's Polytrack since October, and his first over this trip, his previous five came over 7f and a mile.
Rated 110 and conceding the best part of a stone to the runner-up, Eddie Ahern believes he is still improving and on this evidence it is hard to argue otherwise.
The strong pace suited and although still with plenty to do on the turn for home, he was stilltravelling strongly before beginning his relentless progress down the outside of the field to collar Maltese Falcon close home.
His trainer feels that six furlongs is his optimum trip, and there is a Listed race here in three weeks over that trip for which he will be aimed.
